About The Art of the Tease

Who We Are

Where Vision Meets the Spotlight

The Art of the Tease was founded by Monica Alexandra with a clear mission: to bring world-class, boundary-pushing entertainment to events of every scale. With over 25 years of hands-on industry experience, Monica knows exactly what works, what falls flat, and what truly makes guests stop and stare. We aren’t just a booking agency. We are curators of energy, atmosphere, and show-stopping talent.

Our Track Record

Numbers tell part of the story. With over 100 events produced and 50+ elite, custom performances under our belt, we’ve built our reputation on two non-negotiable pillars: flawless execution and jaw-dropping artistry. Whether it’s a high-stakes corporate launch, an intimate luxury gala, or a sprawling outdoor festival, we know how to read the room and deliver exactly what the moment demands.

Our Philosophy

We believe that cookie-cutter entertainment is a missed opportunity. That’s why we don’t just hand you a generic roster and walk away. We collaborate with you. Our diverse network of dancers, musicians, aerialists, fire artists, and specialty acts allows us to build a custom entertainment experience that aligns perfectly with your brand’s voice, your venue’s vibe, and your guests’ expectations.

Our Promise to You

From the first spark of a fire show to the final note of a live band, we handle the creative heavy lifting, logistics, and safety protocols so you can focus on enjoying your event. Because at The Art of the Tease, we don’t just fill a schedule. We create the moments your attendees will be talking about long after the lights come up.
